St. Luke's Goes Solar
Earlier this year, our congregation approved the installation of our new solar energy system. We are thrilled to share that the project is moving forward swiftly—we are currently in the final permitting and design phases, with installation slated to take place later this summer!
To ensure we could secure our equipment and construction timeline, upfront funding has already been successfully secured via an interest-free bridge loan. This means the project is guaranteed to move forward. This campaign is our collective opportunity to repay that bridge loan and fully establish our Demand Management Fund, protecting St. Luke’s against rising utility costs for decades to come.
Remember, this campaign is not just about technology—it is about reducing our operating expenses so we can immediately reinvest those savings into expanding our vital ministries, outreach, and community impact.

Our Timeline: Because the loan is secured and construction begins this summer, we are operating on a focused timeline to align our pledges with the final stages of the build.
Pledge Commitment Window: Our campaign officially kicks off on Sunday, July 19, 2026. We ask that all families submit their prayerful pledge commitments by Sunday, August 9, 2026, so we can finalize our financial structure as the panels are installed.
Fulfillment Period: You may fulfill your pledge via a one-time gift today or through recurring contributions running through Easter 2027 (with final pledge tracking concluding by June 30, 2027)
