St. Luke's Lutheran Church · Richardson, Texas
We are an ordinary congregation held together by an extraordinary grace: Christ crucified and risen, given for you. Come as you are. Leave having experienced Jesus.
"Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world."John 1:29
Everything here points to Jesus. We are Lutheran, which simply means we stake our whole life on the gospel: that you are saved not by your goodness, your effort, or your record, but by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
You cannot earn what God freely gives. The cross settled your debt in full. We love because He first loved us, and a love like that shows.
Not a program, a personality, or a political cause. The crucified and risen Jesus is the heart of every sermon, every song, and every table we gather around.
God hides holy gifts in plain sight: water that washes us new, bread and wine that are Christ's body and blood, a word that truly forgives. Grace you can taste and touch, every Sunday.
Worship at St. Luke's is liturgical and unhurried. We hear the Scriptures read, the gospel preached, and we come to the Lord's Table to receive Christ Himself. You don't need to know when to stand or what to say. Just come.
Each week Pastor Linda opens the Scriptures and points to Christ in the middle of ordinary life. Recent messages:

Linda is a Lutheran minister, preacher, and writer who believes the gospel is best told as a story, your story, caught up in God's. Through her "Soul Story" writing and preaching she helps people hear grace in plain language.
She's available for preaching, retreats, and conversation. The door is open.
